- When using the CNC pipe cutting machine, you should very concentrate. Not only keep your mind clear, but also be more rational when operating the machine. Prohibited tired, drunk or taking stimulant drugs before cutting operation.
- The power lines must be safe and reliable. Strictly prohibited pulling lines without permission. Carefully place the power cord to protect it from being cut off. Performance of the device must be cautiously checked before using. Make sure that all parts are intact.
- Put on the appropriate working clothes which is not too loose, not to mention wearing jewelry or long hair. It is strictly prohibited to wear gloves and operating the CNC pipe cutting machine without cuff buckled.
- The workpiece to be cut must be securely clamped. Start cutting before tightly clamping of the workpiece is prohibited.
- Do not grind burr of the workpiece on the grinding wheel plane, so as to prevent the grinding wheel chipping.
- The operator must deviate from the front of the grinding wheel and wear protective glasses when pipe cutting.

- If needed to replace the blades or grinding wheel in the midway, do not overexert the lock nut in case of the blade or grinding wheel cracking.
- You must hold the cutting handle steady, exert uniformly and cut vertically. The fixed end should be solid and reliable.
- Do not attempt to cut unclamped small workpiece or with serious edge profiles.
- In order to improve efficiency, you must do a good job in supporting clamping positioning before cutting single or multi-branch together.
- Do not do a strongly cutting operation. You need to wait until the motor reach to the full speed to begin cutting.
- Never allow anyone to stand behind the saw. When power outage, going for a rest or leaving the work place, you should immediately cut off the power.
- Prohibited to release a hand or lift an arm from the saw or the workpiece when the blade doesn’t stop cutting.
- Don’t operate a cutting machine when the cover is ready. Don’t put your hand on the place less than 15 cm from the blade. Don’t lean over or bypass the cutting machine. When operating, your body had better tilt 45 degrees.
- When abnormal sound appeared, immediately stop to inspect. Cut off the power before repairing or replacement and wait till the blade stops running completely.
- When using a pipe cutting machine in a humid place, it must stand on an insulating mat or dry wood were. If needed to climb high or work in the explosion dangerous area, you must have proper safety precautions.
- When the jitter and other equipment failures occurred, you should instantly stop to repair. Prohibited to operate a cutting machine with illness, doping or after drinking. If the cutting process causes dust, you should wear a mask or face shield.
- Turn off the power when the processing is complete, and clean the equipment and the site.
