5 Things You Should Do Before Using the CNC Cutting Machine
Before using the CNC cutting machine, there are 5 things you should do first.
1. You should open the machine and the check the major components, including system body and the matched feed speed control unit and the servo motor, spindle control unit and the spindle motor.
2. You should check whether the cable is in compliance with the provisions of the manual, and whether there is a ground connection. NOTE: the input cable of the original side of the power supply transformer should be connected with the power switch of the CNC cutting machine disconnected.
3. You should confirm the settings. There are a lot of cross wiring short circuit setting points on printed circuit board in the CNC system. You should check whether it is the corresponding model (the item can be ignored).
4. You should confirm the input power supply voltage, frequency and phase sequence. Before the system is powered, use a multimeter to check whether this power load has the ground short-circuit phenomenon. And you should also check whether the voltage output of the DC power supply unit is short-circuited to ground.
5. You should confirm the interface between CNC system and machine tool side. This is the last working procedure. After the interface is well connected, you can start using the CNC cutting machine.
