How to Properly Install the CNC Cutting Machine

CNC Cutting Machine Installation Steps:
- Be flat on the ground
The cutting machine must be flat on the ground, and it will be better to is fixed on the ground in accordance with the screw holes in the four corners of the base of the machine.
- To connect the power cable
The CNC cutting machine itself has previously connected power cable, so the only thing to do is to connect the outer cable of the cutting machine to the no fuse breaker in the power supply according to the local electricity safety regulations. Meanwhile, be aware that the outer cable consists of 4 lines, and the earth wire should be connected to the ground joint. REMINDER: previously check whether the power supply voltage (VOLTAGES) is consistent with the machine’s, if not, please do not connect.
- To connect compressed air pipe
The compressed air supply source must be maintained at 6-8BAR (90-IISPSL), and can compress the air to T. D. 5/16. The air pressure pipe should be connected to the quick connector below the bottom of the base.
After installing the CNC cutting machine, the test should be carried out. The test procedures are:
- Turn on the main control power
- press the manual button in the main control panel to see if the spindle rotation immediately, if the spindle rotates counterclockwise (in accordance with the direction given by the instructions on blade safety cover); if not, please turn off the power, switch any two lines connected to connect breaker, then turn on the switch and test the above steps again.
