Cutting mechanism
While the plasma arc is formed in high temperature,the cooling gas around the arc column in the nozzle hole is heated by the arc column,turn to high temperature and high pressure gas,spray out from nozzle in high speed,so that the plasma arc flow at the mouth with a very high speed(Up to the speed of sound or supersonic),showing a strong impact.
Use high temperature to melt the workpiece to be cut,with the mechanical impact of flow forcibly excluded the molten metal to form a slit.
